Our elementary school curriculum helps children become exceptional readers and familiarizes them with skills that will be useful in adulthood.
We use phonics to teach children strong reading skills in the early grades. Throughout elementary school, students are encouraged to develop reading skills through oral reading book reports and the summer reading program.
In addition to reading, kindergarten through 5th grade children study the core subjects of English, math, science, and history. Children receive special instruction in computers, art, library and research, music, and physical education. Enrichment classes are offered to those students who welcome the extra challenge.
